Coach Herb is the master of physical training art. He has 15 years of experience under his belt, not to mention six different fitness certifications he has accomplished!
Herb is the proud owner of Corona Hills Boxing and Fitness, in Corona, where he has made dreams a reality for himself and his clients. He enjoys watching his clients go from overworked and unsure of themselves to confident and motivated individuals.
When not coaching or training at the gym, Herb enjoys hanging out with his wife and son, boxing, hiking, reading, and grilling at family barbeques.

Corona Hills Boxing and Fitness is more than just your friendly neighborhood 24-hour gym. As one of the best workout facilities in Corona, we take your fitness and boxing journey to the next level because we believe in protecting our greatest assets: our minds and our bodies.
Our mission is to guide and help you reach your full fitness potential no matter your current fitness level or age. At Corona Hills Boxing and Fitness, we believe in family. Family is at our core. Corona Hills Boxing and Fitness has a Certified USA Competition Ring and multiple punching bags of all shapes and sizes. We also have weight lifting and cardio equipment, 1-on-1 personal training, and a full schedule of classes to choose from. These classes include boxing, yoga, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), stretching, spin, and boot camp. Our boxing classes are for adults, as well as for kids ages 4-12 years.

Coach Ceasar is our resident genius of the Boxing Ring. With over 30 years of experience, he has spent his lifetime mastering the art of boxing.
In addition to his training, Ceasar also uses his skills to help others understand the science of the square circle. He doesn't just focus on the physical aspects of boxing, he puts your brain through its paces, too.
He helps his clients understand the psychological and mental components of boxing that often get neglected in training.
His expertise goes beyond boxing, he also has experience in personal group training and adult fitness classes. Ceasar is Herb's business partner at Corona Hills Boxing and Fitness.
Friends for over 15 years, they share the same passion for sports, fitness, and of course, boxing
Coach Stephanie has a passion for administration and coaching. This is one of the reasons why she is our Director and Kid's Boxing Assistant Coach.
Stephanie has been coaching in some form or another as far back as she can remember. She began karate at the young age of 5 and gained her black belt in no time.
She then started helping teach the younger beginner kids her skills and helped with many demonstrations until she was in high school. After college, Stephanie coached Track and Field for her old high school, all while keeping her job in administration.
With 11 years of administrative experience and multiple years of coaching different sports, Stephanie has always dreamed
Coach Richard rounds out our gym as a specialist in boxing and physical endurance training. For those looking to expand their fighting skills, he also has freestyle wrestling experience to help train for MMA.
In addition to teaching adult boxing sessions, you’ll find Richard coaching our budding pugilists on how to start out with good habits and technique in our kids boxing classes.
He also does one-on-one personal training for anyone wanting to take their endurance training up to the next level. Richard relishes in watching his clients build confidence, get physically fit, and work on their focusing skills.
Your goals are his goals, and he will help you get into the best shape of your life! When not at the gym, Richard loves to run, spend time with family, and enjoy the outdoors.
